When Stella and I were looking into a new home, we were not sure whether we should build or simply purchase an existing home. We decided to form our own opinion and look at both options. When we met with Mr. Jones, a personable yet professional meeting shadowed our basic opinion. Mr. Jones spoke to us as if he was looking out for our best interests. We were not overwhelmed with recommendations of high cost items that would create a bigger profit for the builder, as we had been warned. It was almost as if he was building the home for himself. The same attitude carried throughout the process. The workmanship of our home exemplifies the high standards that are maintained by the Southwest Signature Homes. Our home was built in the new Mesa Grande Estates and there has not been a day that we regret making this investment. We admired your professionalism and service before, during and after our house was finished. Mr. Jones, you are always welcome to show our home to prospective buyers.
